The Carvery

Harwood House Carvery is the only One (that we know about) in the North West that you carve the meat yourselves. The Hotel boasts four local meats and fresh local vegetables.

We serve you soup and fresh bread sticks, or you help yourself to extensive salad bar. Harwood House Hotel staff will then clear you empty plates away and you can then get stuck in to “the carve it yourself” Carvery. Choice of local meats, slice as much as you want, (watch your fingers) choice of fresh local vegetables have as much as you want, gravy, home make Yorkshire Puddings (proper like your mum makes) and all the trimmings. When you have had enough you can then try the sweets you have a choice of fresh cream cakes, hot apple pie of Polish Apple Pie and custard or fruit trifle with cream or ice cream. Finally, if you still have room, Cheese and biscuits and Coffee.

The Carvery is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5 till 9.30 evenings only.
Booking are essential you do not book you do not get in.
Sunday we serve a one, two or three course dinner 12 till 4

Again we are not like most restaurants we serve the biggest portions in the area, try us and see the portions we serve.

Harwood House also provides outside catering ask for details and prices, Prices start at £ 4.00 per person. Fresh local produce only used. We only use best butter, who else can say that?
